As a Support Engineer, you are a key point of contact for customers using our SaaS platforms. You handle first-line support requests, answer customer questions, and ensure issues are accurately recorded, analyzed, and resolved. With strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, you quickly identify problems, translate technical solutions into clear answers, and collaborate closely with colleagues when needed.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be actively involved across the full software development lifecycle, from defining specifications and test plans to development, testing, and validation. You will advise on the use of IoT building blocks, support field applications, and test solutions both in the lab and in real-world environments. Your work will ensure high-quality, reliable, and optimized IoT software that seamlessly integrates with hardware.

As a Hardware Engineer, you will own the full hardware development lifecycle of our IoT products—from concept and design to testing, certification, and production. You will design new hardware, improve existing products, and act as a technical expert within the team, ensuring reliable, secure, and future-proof solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with software teams, external partners, and leadership, while managing product lifecycles, resolving field issues, and complying with international standards.

As a PLC Programmer / Project Engineer, you play a key role in delivering smart, digital automation solutions for industrial installations. You work on projects that enable systems to be monitored, controlled, and operated remotely via our SaaS platform. Depending on the project, you work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, guided by a lead engineer or project manager.

As Office Manager, you are the organizational backbone of Wioniq Benelux. You keep oversight, think ahead, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while supporting management and employees at both operational and strategic levels. With a proactive and structured approach, you connect people, processes, and priorities across the organization. You manage back-office operations, coordinate HR- and recruitment-related activities, handle contracts and supplier agreements, and prepare key management reports. 

As a Senior Controller at Wioniq Benelux, you'll be the financial sparring partner for the board and management. You'll be responsible for the daily financial administration, ensuring that figures are accurate and transparent. This includes processing invoices and payments, managing balance sheets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, preparing reports, and filing VAT, WKR, and CBS (Statistics Netherlands) returns. You'll also participate in audits and actively improve financial processes.
